Use of the extension

• The extension is provided as open-source software under the terms of its source code license.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate access and authorization to use the Statsig Console API and to apply overrides within your organization's Statsig projects.
• The extension does not modify the Statsig platform itself — it interacts with the Statsig API using credentials you provide.

Service availability

The extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The extension depends on the Statsig API being available and accessible, which is outside of our control.

Limitation of liability

The extension authors and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized overrides applied using your API credentials.
• Data loss or misconfiguration caused by incorrect usage.
• Any impact to your Statsig projects, experiments, or feature gate evaluations.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected in this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary maintainer resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
